Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design web and mobile interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use. Your designs will directly influence how businesses interact with the POSWMS platform, helping create a seamless user experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and improve the company’s design system and UI components.
• Optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure consistency across all products, pages, and digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing ERP, POS, CRM, or other SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
